How can I pay for roof repair?
Any work done on your roof might make you hold your wallet a little tighter. However, at Roof Recovery, we are known for our speedy work and our great prices. Roof repair isn’t something that can be ignored, so while we try to keep our prices low, we also have several
financing options for your roofing projects.
How do I find the best roofing companies near me?
The internet is a great place to look for
local roofing contractors. You can read their online reviews and find multiple roofers to reach out to. As your Top Rated Local® roofers, we make it easy for you to find all of our reviews from across the web in
one place.
You can also ask for recommendations from friends and family. If a family member would recommend a roofer to you, you know that must be one of the best roofers around. In fact, one of our amazing clients, Emma, wrote us a kind review on Google saying, “Truly excellent customer service, the staff is super friendly, and they do an impeccable job! You can really tell their hearts are in their work and they love what they do! I’d highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and to anyone needing their services, you won't be disappointed! Thank you guys again for everything!” Thanks, Emma!
Does my roof repair contractor have a license?
The best way to find out if the roofer you’re working with is licensed and insured is to simply ask them. If they are, they will happily show you their credentials. We also keep ours listed on
Home Advisor for your convenience.
How do I know if a roof repair contractor is legit?
Legitimate roofing contractors will be licensed and insured, as we mentioned above. They will offer you a great warranty on their work, have competitive pricing, a long track record of superb work, and a list of happy clients. Red flags to watch out for with
roofing contractors are those who refuse to show proof of their licensing or “storm chasers,” roofers who go door-to-door after a severe storm.
Additionally, make sure to ask your roofers for proof of which repairs need to be done and why. When you have an inspection and receive a roof estimate with Roof Recovery, we provide you with pictures so we can point out exactly what is wrong without you having to get up on the roof. This gives our clients peace of mind knowing that we are repairing real problems.
What about my gutters?
Often, roof repairs and gutter problems go hand-in-hand. If your gutters are damaged or not functioning properly, we can repair or replace gutters as part of your roof repair or replacement project. We will go over any gutter issues in detail with you prior to beginning a job and discuss your options so there are no surprises.
How do I prepare for roof repair?
Roof work isn’t the quietest of jobs. Unless otherwise instructed, you can remain in your home while we work. However, if you work from home or have a baby that needs to nap, it might be wise to find a quieter place to stay while our crew is working. We will give you a detailed timeline and keep you updated on our work throughout the process so you can prepare for any disruptions ahead of time. If you have inside pets that will be afraid of the noise, you might also want to consider accommodations for them so they will be comfortable.
